| About Us Our First “Mission” Statement:

RC Ministries has several “Missions” and we would like to share what they are with you. It is our hope that you will agree with our “Missions Statements” and join us. We need ALL the help we can get to accomplish these huge and aggressive goals. Nothing is impossible with God!
Our first and foremost “Mission” is to share the Lord Jesus Christ with the lost in our world today. It all starts there, my friends. If we do not go outside the walls of our own little churches and witness to the lost to come to Christ, they will never be saved. I can assure you very few sinners have just woke up one day, realized they were utterly lost and in need of salvation, and then went to the local church and beat the door down begging to be saved. It just does not happen that way very often, if ever.
My best friend in this world, Nathan, has been a professional catfish fisherman. He told me something really amazing one day. He said something that was so incredible and so mind boggling that I will likely never forget it. He said something to the effect that “You know Ron, if you want to win the next competition in cat fishing, you actually have to go to the lake where the catfish are. You cannot sit on your front porch, cast out your bait and expect to catch anything except maybe your neighbor’s truck or something. You also must have your tackle, rods, nets, and bait all in order before you go. You have to make sure the boat is running and that it is stocked with everything you will need for the entire trip. Most of all, you have to know what you are doing. If you have not learned everything you can about catfish, than chances are you will not know how to catch them and it will be a waste of your time to go out there. You see, if you don’t have all these things in place and in order, not only will you not win the tournament but you won’t catch anything accept a really bad sun burn.”
“Fishing for Men” is just like fishing for catfish. I am here to tell you, the “Great Commission” is NO different, my friends. We MUST have all our “Tackle” and make sure it is in order. We must get our lives stocked with God’s Word. We have to make sure everything is running perfectly, (or as best it can be). We also must have the right “bait”, though I hate to call it that to be honest. Without the right “bait” we will never catch anyone for Christ. Instead we will most likely scare them off. We also must know everything we can about “fishing for men”. It should be one of our deepest desires to learn ALL we can about the Lord Jesus Christ, the Bible and how God wants it all to work. Most of all, however, we must have a right relationship with the Lord and keep it right at all times. These are some of our goals. You want to get to a place where you become a true disciple of Christ, a fisher of men, loving Jesus Christ with all your heart, mind, body and soul and be living for Him 24/7/365. We realize many leaders in the Church no longer teach these things but we most certainly will teach them here at Reality Check Ministries. So, we hope you are willing to join us, learn with us, and become a partner with Christ in the saving of lost souls in our world. Helping My Fiends that have Mental Health Issues: Another one of the “Missions” that is dear to my heart has to do with people who are hurting inside mentally. For most of my life I fought all sorts of depression, suicidal thoughts and suicidal attempts, self-mutilation, and a myriad of other problems like these. To say I know what it feels like to live without hope is an understatement to say the least.
However, I would not take any of it back, especially not the scars I wear on my body. They help to remind me of the life I once lived and the Grace and love God has for me. Now, because of all that I feel it is EXTREMELY important to share the hope that I found in Jesus Christ with everyone who is hurting as I once did. To give them the understanding that there IS hope out there no matter how dark and dead it seems it is for them.

Teaching YOU to be "Fishers of Men": Now, we have a few more “Missions” that we feel are very important and they are directly connected with the missions stated above. It is our desire to teach ALL those who are willing and have a desire to learn how to go into their communities and share Christ with the lost in the most effective ways.
| | Sadly, very few preachers teach these kinds of things anymore. Recently, someone told me about a Pastor that I know personally who told one of his congregation members that passing out Christian tracts is a huge waste of time because they do not work. Well the truth is they work and many have been saved from them.
So with this in mind we are starting an e-Course on the TV program in which the audio will run on our radio program as well and we will be teaching these very things on these programs. For anyone who would like to be a part of it or if we have already finished the lessons before you have had a chance to come to this site, then simply get hold of us and we will be glad to set you up with the study materials you will need to do the lessons.
There is NO charge for the e-Course and you will get a copy of the booklet I wrote to go with it. Since this booklet will never stop being updated as new ideas come in, we will add the new information as it added to the booklet which you can do wnload as often as you wish and I would encourage you to do so whenever there is a new edition available. Exposing the Wolves in Sheeps Clothing: Our next “Mission” statement is one that, to be honest, some people dislike a great deal. It is something we get a great deal of criticism for, in fact. Normally it comes from those who support what we teach against here at Reality Check Ministries. However, that does not affect us in the slightest because we know what is right and true and we WILL teach the truth regardless of any opposition we may run into because of people who don’t want their inaccurate or false teachings to be exposed. In today’s world we have countless “teachers” out there who are teaching lies, not teaching the true Word of God. Instead, they are teaching a LOT of hogwash, for example: they are preaching doctrines of demons and all for the glory of, fame, power, and of course money. This is nothing new, I can assure you. Paul had to deal with these kinds of things often, as well. We will teach what is biblically sound and we WILL stand against those teachings that are NOT Biblically sound. So, be prepared to have your eyes opened many times as we share with you the false teachers and preachers and their false teachings. You may be listening to one of these people right now and don’t even realize the falseness of their teachings. They make their ser mons and seminars “sound good” and “tickle ears”, but are leading millions of people to destruction. You may disagree with what we say, but, I can assure you we will NEVER preach false doctrines and everything we teach will have plenty of Biblical proof to back up what we teach. Ministry history RC Min has been ministering for the past 18 years in one way or another. Currently we have a radio program on Blog Talk Radio, as well as our Newest Program on Live Stream TV. We hold a certificate of graduation from “The Ambassador’s Training Course” which is sponsored by, “The Way of the Master” in L.A. California. One of my greatest desires in life was to have the chance to attend that training course and learn all they teach, and I was blessed to be able to do that a few months ago. What an amazing time that was for me! We currently do a number of ministries in the streets in our local area here in and around the little town where I live in northern Texas. We do ministry in the State run mental hospital, various nursing homes, and anywhere else we have are privileged to serve and minister in. We plan to be around for as long as God wills it or until the US Government prohibits us from doing so. However, we intend to continue our ministry regardless of the latter possibility because we are ALL commanded to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and this ministry WILL go on no matter what.
