Hello Friends,

We are a ministry in the inner city of Fort Worth, Texas that reaches out to people that are
incapable of getting themselves out of their own problems; whether that problem be
mental, physical, or emotional. Many people have lost hope and have given up but no
matter what the problem is we know Jesus is bigger! In this ministry we watch the blind
see, the deaf hear, and the lame walk. We see the drug and alcoholic users be set free.
We see men and women turn from prostitution to Jesus. We see broken hearts renewed
and restored.

One of our programs to help such people is the Discipleship Ministry. In this ministry we
take the "down and out" off the streets and give them a place to live for one complete
year. We meet all of there needs while they stay on our church property. The Discipleship
Ministry is set up to preach the words of Jesus Christ in order to get lives out of the sand
and back on the Rock. After one year, we help them find a job, a home, a vehicle and
whatever else is needed to help them get back on their feet and become a productive
member of society. However, being that most of the people we minister to do not have the
ability to financially give into the ministry, all of our support must come from outside
resources. The people we minister to can only give their love and gratitude and that's why
we need you. We know Jesus has come to restore hope and set the captive free

1 Corinthians 15:46 says: " However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural and
afterward the spiritual." Based on this verse we cannot try to be spiritual to someone who
is not spiritual. First, we show love to the person, meet their natural needs then open
them up to the things of God. 1 Corinthians 2:14 says: "But the natural man does not
receive the things of the spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know
them, because they are spiritually discerned." Therefore we meet their needs by giving
away food, drinks, and clothes. We do make-overs and new outfits to women that have
lost their self confidence. We help furnish apartments. We give away toys to children and
visit men and women in prison. And most of all we give them hope and confidence again
in Jesus. When they see and feel this love the things of God are then discerned and
received. So we invite you to help support this ministry because I believe God has great
plans for this area. He wants to turn the inner city of Fort Worth back to Him. Much work is
still needed to be done. You may come and visit the ministry anytime you want to and see
what God is doing. Become a worker asset in the move of God.
